Transparency and reliability are basic requirements in today's international transport industry. Our central tracking & tracing enables you to quickly track the current status and location of your individual shipment within the NetExpress Europe network.

We are supporting you to track a shipment by entering its barcode (also available per parcel for multi-parcel shipments) or by entering our local partner's domestic shipment number in the country of dispatch.

As a special service you will be able to download most of the PODs (proof of delivery) within 48 hours after delivery.

In the case that you are not satisfied with the status information provided, we are happy to receive your personal request via E-Mail. Your message will be automatically forwarded to our local partner in the country of dispatch.
